Showing your Home Right

Showing your Home Right will result in multiple potential Buyers

When you are selling your home it is very important how you stage it for showings. The house that shows well usually brings buyers and offers to purchase. Stage your home right before you let someone come in. Keep in mind that you are living in the home and every item in it has some type of memory or meaning to you.  You even keep things around that you know just don’t belong there but you still like them there.   Those very items that give your Home the feel you like may be a distraction to someone trying to picture themselves in your house.  Every home buyer starts to think about how their current or future things will fit into your house.  The lees items to distract them the better.  Please use the below check list from Pink Pearl Real Estate to prepare your home for showing.
